Do I need a VIN or all my old receipts to start?
No. Start with your car's make and model and one service you remember. Add older records and documents later; unknown service mileage can stay blank.
Does CarCare replace my owner’s manual or mechanic?
No. Suggestions are starting points. Always confirm intervals and safety work with the manufacturer guidance and a qualified professional.
Can I use more than one vehicle?
Yes. Free includes one vehicle, Plus supports up to three, and Pro has no vehicle limit.
Are receipts public?
No. Files use private storage and short-lived signed links. You control exports and deletion.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Billing is managed in Stripe’s secure portal. Your access follows the subscription state reported by Stripe.
